We are on the look out for someone to help us lead our front of house team. To co-ordinate all the pieces of the puzzle to get us open every day.
We are a little neighbourhood wine bar in the heart of West End. 
Just about to celebrate our 3rd birthday, we really hit our straps this year.

We are only a small team with a hands on leadership team so you must be a great fit with the amazing team we have built here. This is critical as all existing team members sign off on any new hires.
You must be capable of bringing the energy as we get pretty busy and have a very specific expectation of customer experience.
Role Summary
The Front of House Supervisor role is responsible for getting the venue open and operational each day.
Liaising with the Kitchen, Bar and the Front of House team to manage menu changes, stock levels and more.
This is a hands on role, working directly with the Operations Manager on service standards, optimal staffing levels, team development and compliance.
You are expected to operate as a custodian of our values and work closely with the Operations Team to drive improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of daily service to ensure every guest receives a consistent, memorable experience.
- Lead pre-service briefings and post-service debriefs with clarity and consistency, setting expectations and creating space for feedback.
- Maintain MALTA (Music, Atmosphere, Lighting, Temperature and Attitude) during service so it always reflects the standards and feel of Bar Francine.
- Ensure Menus, POS and operational systems are accurate, up to date and used effectively, supporting smooth service and accurate reporting.
- Help onboard, and train front-of-house team members in line with group standards, supporting their growth and retention.
- Foster a professional, positive, and accountable team culture where people feel proud to work and contribute.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen (BOH) team to strengthen communication, service timing, and shared goals.
Requirements
- A minimum 2 years in a Front of House Role in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervisory or People Management Experience
- Must have own transport as driving is required in order to help maintain stock levels occasionally.
- Have some form of bar experience
- Be available Wednesday - Saturday 
- Be a vibe to hang out with. We are a small team who all enjoy being with each other both inside and outside of work.
- Obviously love hospo and serving people. We are a small business and a neighbourhood space. - Creating amazing relationships and giving people the best time is the most critical part of the job.
