Front of House Team Member

COME AND HANG OUT WITH US!

We are a little neighbourhood wine bar in the heart of West End.
‍
Now in our 3rd year we are really hitting our straps now.We know who we are, what we want, what we like and what we don’t.
‍
Things have been a little crazy here lately and we are on the look out for some new Front of House Team Members to join the team.
‍
We have a couple of positions open, from 10 - 25 hours (and we are also looking for a venue supervisor as well!)
‍
You must be capable of bringing the energy as we get pretty busy and have a very specific expectation of customer experience.
‍
We are only a small team with a hands on ownership team so you must be a great fit with the amazing team we have built here. This is critical as all existing team members sign off on any new hires.
‍
Before we get too far..

The Following Minimum Requirements are specific to the role:

*Minimum 2 years front of house experience in a similar venue/fast paced environment
*Strong experience as a section waiter in a similar venue (this is a must - if you have not had experience in this we ask that you do please not apply at the moment)
*Able to handle turning tables. We do 90+ people a night in a 50 seat restaurant so you must be willing and able to flip a table.
*Strong vibes. We are big on hospitality, not just service.
*Experience around wine and wine knowledge and willing to learn more
*Availability Wednesday to Saturday.

*Not have a "that's not my job" kind of attitude. That won't fly around here, we are a small, tight knit team and everything pitches in to get it done!
